The new President of the Limerick Solicitors Bar Association, Ms Julianne Kiely and new Honorary Secretary, Ms Cliodhna Finnin were delighted to attend the International Women’s Day event last month at the Law Society of Ireland. The event saw Limerick women remembered as part of an exhibition of the first 100 female solicitors admitted to the Roll of Solicitors. Ms Kiely and Ms Finnin acknowledged that they were surrounded by so many inspiring colleagues showing just how far female solicitors have come.
