The LSBA is run by its Committee which comprises its elected members, officers and Past Presidents of the Association.

Its officers include a President, an Honorary Secretary and an Honorary Treasurer.

The LSBA represents its members who can be any Solicitor on the Roll of Solicitors with the Law Society of Ireland and practising in the County or City of Limerick or such other place as may be approved by the Committee.

To apply for membership any solicitor or firm of solicitors may apply for the appropriate category of membership for a particular year, by furnishing his or her or their name and address, name of firm and solicitor number together with the annual subscription to the Secretary of the Association by 1st March in each year.
